Change Blaze step sensitivity

My blaze isn't counting my steps if I'm carrying something in my arms or just not swinging my arms. How can I adjust the sensitivity?

Keep in mind that your Blaze registers your information based on your arm movement. In this case, I recommend restarting your Blaze by doing the following:

1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2. Let go of the buttons.

But if you want to change your tracker's sensitivity you have to do the following from a computer:

1. Tap the gear icon.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Sleep sensitivity.
4. Select Sensitive.
5. Sync.
