@JessCul if you so most things with your left hand and wear the Blaze in the right. The right hand would be considered the non-dominant hand and you would set the Blaze for non-dominant.

Hi there @JessCul, just to add to the awesome advice @Rich_Laue and @WendyB gave, the tracker is doesn't base on if you're right handed or left handed directly but just by telling it you're using it on your dominant hand (whether it is the right or the left) the algorithms will adjust for optimal activity tracking given this factor.
