Yes, it’s a setting on the website under Personal Info. It’s one setting for all trackers on your account.

Best AnswerAny of y’all know how to change the clock time all together? Mine died, and when I turned it back on, the time was wrong. I’ve tried syncing and just waiting to see if it will correct itself. And turning it off and back on.
Best AnswerIt should sync time. What are the settings in your fitbit app? Go to your account (top right most icon) scroll down to Advance Settings? What is Automatic time zone set to on or off?

A warm welcome to the Forums @Totesrebs21, @Idtoro. @MikeF and @aspexil thanks for stopping by.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. If you want to change your timezone to military time, you need to do the following from a computer since there isn't an option to do this from the Fitbit app:
1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the Time section and choose the time zone that best reflects your current location. You can also select 12-hour or 24-hour time display format here.
4. Sync your tracker to update your time zone.
Now if you just need to change the timezone settings, you can do the following from the Fitbit app:
1. Tap the account icon
2. Tap advanced settings
3. Tap timezone
4. Select your timezone
5. Sync
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()
