All of a sudden my Fitbit stopped charging! I am very frustrated, I have tried plugging it in different outlets, cleaning it, a re-synchronizing and failure failure failure! This device has been crap! When I have walked 3,000 steps it shows 750 steps! Is not worth the money!!!! Buyer beware!

If, however, it's a hardware issue then you'll need to contact customer support via this link:
Are you still covered by warranty? (it runs for 2 years in Europe, 1 year elsewhere). If you are and support can't fix it they'll probably replace it.
