I have iPhone 5 when I run it says check fit bit app have deleted app and put it back on nothing changed

Hi there @Tregembo. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

 

I'd just like to make sure... this happens when you start tracking your run from the Blaze itself, is that correct? If so, just keep in mind that the app needs to be running in the background at least for your tracker to connect to it and it might ask you to check the Fitbit app just to stablish the connection, so you only need to open it, wait for it to connect and that should be it.

 

Do you get any type of error message when doing that?
