It's great to see you around @Besty69. Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

After the restart, please try to sync it again.

My time is also off, by an hour. I tried restarting my Fitbit as stated. I uninstalled and reinstalled my blaze but the time is still incorrect. I even tried un-pairing the device and re-pairing. I am not sure what is going on.

Those are great news @Besty69, I am glad to hear that your tracker is now showing the correct time. If you need anything else, do not hesitate in posting it.

Now @ashbee, a warm welcome to the Community and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If after the steps you tried you keep seeing the incorrect time, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync again. If the issue is directly with syncing, take a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.
