I recently encountered an issue with my Blaze. If I change the clock face I get the clock face error message. This happens nearly every time I try to change it, no matter what I choose. I have to unpair it from the phone and the Fitbit app as well. Also reboot the watch as well.
Any help would be appreciated

It's great to see you around @cgt465.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you have tried to change your clock face? If you haven't, I recommend changing the clock face by following the instructions provide in the help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and see if the issue persists.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()
Best AnswerThank you. I have tried to change it no less than a half dozen times it works maybe 10% of the time. I am hesitant to do it again as it locks the Fitbit up if it fails, which is pretty likely.

I tried doing all 3, and I'm still getting the same error. It's getting a bit frustrating.
Best AnswerAfter 3 months of frustration by having this problem with my fitbit blaze, "Setting up a new device" method worked successfully for me. Forum did not help, but this video did:

Hope it works for you too!
