Hi @RevChay.  Welcome to the Fitbit forums.

The time, and date, get taken from the phone, or other sync device, each time it syncs.  Other than time zone issues if off by exact number of hours, syncing is the only way to set time.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Not working. Every time I charge my time gets change
