Connected GPS Crazieness

I was going through some of my old Connected GPS routes and came across this. Never noticed it before. I had one tracked route throw me 65 miles away and back on a 3.7 mile walk. But this one is just a crazy.

What the heck. Just looked at the same tracked route on my phone and it looks like this. Its the 65 mile and back 3.7 mile walk. Why would it look different on the PC version compared to the app?
