Constant Caught up notification

My wife and I have a Blaze tracker.  Mines working fine but hers has a constant All Caught Up! notification.  It vibrates every-time, thus her battery doesn't last for more than two hours.  I've tried a factory restart by pressing the left button and bottom right button.  But to no avail.  She has a run tomorrow and needs her tracker.  Help!

Hey there @benvidal. Welcome to the Community Forums1 🙂

I'm sorry that your wife is having issues with this. That's pretty strage. Just for me to understand what's going on... She is not receiving any notifications but the tracker will constantly vibrate and show the "All Caught Up!" message?

Since you've already tried to restart the tracker, I can recommend doing it one more time but once you've restarted it, try to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and keep an eye to see if the All Caught Up! message keeps appearing.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help with this!

I began having the same issue last night. The Fitbit Blaze vibrates and then says All notifications caught up.

I've never received notifications to my Fitbit so not sure why it does this. Will continue to do it until the battery dies.
