Corrupted Fitbit?

I have taken my Blaze out of the draw and retirement to start using it again.  when I charge it up the screen only displays this

Done all the usual, but only this screen shows

Anyone have any ideas?

Perhaps if you factory reset it. Maybe the operating system needs an update. Worth a try, right? GL

Thanks, but unless something has changed, you cannot factory reset a Blaze

Someone please feel free to tell me otherwise if this is now possible

Yeah, I see that now. The only other thing I would suggest, and this is a
longshot but worked for me once when I couldn't get it to charge.... While
it was in the charging cable and plugged in, I did the old Fitbit reboot (I
think the left button and upper right for the Blaze). Even though it is in
the charging cradle, you should have access to the buttons. Give it a shot.
Like I said, a longshot, but what the heck. GL.
