I was hanging out washing this morning and knocked my blaze on the side of the laundry basket. The screen has shattered! I'm in NEw Zealand any ideas in how I go about getting it fixed? Surely they are a bit more resilient than that??? I don't want to have to baby a watch, I want a watch that is functional not precious! Please help

I would very highly recommend contacting support. I've had nothing but great experiences with them with my Blaze.

I initially reached out by sending them a Facebook Message to them. Their facebook name is @fitbit. They opened a file for me and then we switched to email communication.
