The screen on my Blaze cracked, can Fitbit repair? I’ve only had it six months and I swear it cracked on it’s own. Has anyone else Had this problem?

Best AnswerMine cracked too although it is over 2 years old. Can it be replaced? If so, does Fitbit have a list of authorized dealers who can fix it?

Best AnswerYou are right. 25% off. Sucks. Disappointing, they had me excited for a little bit. The Black Friday prices were better.

Hi there everyone! Good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear that you guys are having problems with your cracked screens.
Now, just as a confirmation @JHRBlaze, if you're out of the warranty period, Fitbit will not be able to replace your tracker and don't offer any type of repair service at the moment. If you'd like to take advantage of any other alternative that our Support Team could offer, I can escalate your case to the Support Team for them to help you out with this.
