Fitbit Blaze is mostly unresponsive

My Blaze has become unresponsive after an extended period of vibrating. when the either of the 2 forward and back buttons on the right are pressed. a faint balloon like glow illuminates. The time is now incorrect but I've tried holding down each button separately and collectively but cannot get the additional screens to appear

Hi there @AndyR1, welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂 I'd like to help you out with this.

I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze is unresponsive. Thanks for what you've tried to get your tracker to work.

It sounds like you've tried to press the buttons separately but you've not tried to actually restart the tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

After that, your tracker should come back on and work normally. If this doesn't do the trick, you can try to set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else!

Thanks for the response and suggestion however prior to receiving it I continued pressing and holding the buttons in various combinations and it eventually reset so I’m good to go again. Thanks anyway
