One of the reasons I purchased a FitBit was I heard how excellent their customer service was and when it comes to damage, they acutally listen to you.
I damaged the screen on my Blaze while on duty and was told they'd only give me a 20% coupon off for my next purchase. Really? With how low quality the screen is, I'll take my business elsewhere.

It's unfortunately out the hands of the most awesome community. It's up to Fitbit Support to decide.
How did the screen break? (Due fallen of the wrist due the clasp not working properly, or cause of falling down and the screen becomes broken that way..)..
In the first case, warranty may count (as due a possible clasp issue), in the second case, warranty may not count..
