So, I've had a few different Fitbit products over the years. Now the last time I had an issue it took two days and several reps to replace a device in warranty and today I had an even worse issue. Am I alone in this or has anyone else noticed the decline of what I used to consider to be the best customer service I ever received.

Well my less than a year old blaze now only lasts a day, and when I tried to call in to possibly replace it I was hung up on several times, including by two supervisors. And they generally wouldn't even listen to what I was saying.

Mine barely lasts 4 hours and it it less than a year old

I am having same issues. My less than year old fit bit blaze does not hold a charge for more than 4hrs. It used to last a couple days
