Hi need information , my Blaze screen has a crack , is there anywhere they can be repaired , IMPUT NEEDED , thanks in advance

Hi, @vlf126, unfortunately there are no repair centres or spare parts for the Blaze. For physical damage to the Blaze you will need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support and see what they say.  You can get contact details on contact.fitbit.com

 

You may want to have a look at the warranty before you get in touch.  It does exclude accidental damage.

Hi , i have contacted FitBit about my problem and i have been dealt with on live chat in a very  professional manner matter and my issue was resolved 100% , Happy Days , many thanks for your help ...
