Dashboard & Android Sync Issues

The first thing I noticed was I can't get to any of the settings pages once I leave the website Dashboard page. They just show up as blank immediately or I get one of those "I am not a robot" pages then once I prove I am not a robot, I get the blank page. This happens in both Firefox and Chrome on my Windows 10 laptop. BUT, if I go to my Windows 8.1 desktop, I can access the screens, without problems.

 

The next problem, and this one is weird and frustrating as heck. My Samsung Galaxy S6 android app, only updates partially. So far, stairs, miles footsteps and calories burned update, but active minutes, sleep, and weekly exercise days don't update. Plus, message is that it last updated over 11 hours ago. This isn't the first time this has happened, but usually after doing all of the suggestions I have seen on this forum (restarting, turning bluetooth on and off, trying to sync several times in a row), it finally syncs.

 

Nothing seems to be working this time though.

 

Edit: Every time I refresh the Dashboard screen, I get the prove I'm not a robot page before the screen will refresh.

Finally got the android app to update, but now the dashboard won't sync, still shows info from over 3 hours ago.

 

What the heck is going on with this stupid system? Nothing like constant frustration for an emotional eater!

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having syncing issues, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.
