The dashboard for the specific areas such as water and activity details are blank. I've restarted the app, restarted my phone with no help and I've shut the blue tooth off and back on. The app has actually logged me out a few times after I've closed the app. Any help would be appreciated as its highly frustrating!

Have you checked if your app is updated? If you haven't, I recommend checking this by following the instructions provided in the How do I update my Android Fitbit app? post.
