Dashboard won't update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
My dashboard has been stuck on yesterday's date since yesterday. When I go in to each item (i.e. steps, water, food, calories, etc.) it shows today's info, but the summary page of all items won't update.

I've tried turning the Bluetooth on and off, force closing the app, restarting my phone, restarting the Blaze, etc. - all numerous times. Nothing is working.

Help!

Have you tried turning the phone completly off and not just a restart?

On the Blaze scroll over to settings, tap, then scroll down to shutdown. Tap and confirn. Press any key to turn on.

It is not updating because it probably is not syncing. Let us know if it starts working, there is more we can try.

Hi Rich,

I just did a full device shut down and turned it back on, and now it won't sync! Now I have the red exclamation mark! (I didn't before - it was syncing, as I could see the updates in each item just not on the overall dashboard summary).

Also, I don't have a 'settings' option - only dashboard, challenges, friends, account, devices, alarms, help and log out.

On the Blaze itself, not on the app, is where Rich is suggesting you try a shutdown. Swipe to Settings, tap to get into menu, swipe down to the bottom and tap on Shutdown.

It looks like my bad, i misread, so lets try and get things going again.

Shutting the phone off should not have caused what you are seeing, but so be it.

If your phone has Android Marshmellow  make sure location services are on.

Lets do a hard reset of the Blaze by holding in both the laft an lower right button for 15 seconds.

Yes as @nlmux stated this shutdown can also be done.

Either restart should get you up and syncing, the two do different things so you might want to try both if one does not work.

Now if i was more awake, and read your post correctly. Iwould have said dont worry about it for now, it sometimes takes a while for the data to show up on my dashboard. A second or third sync in 10-15 minutes usually helps

I had done the hard reset a few times but it still wasn't doing anything. Finally, on its own, for a a reason I can't explain, it just started working. Not the solution I like since I can't replicate it in future but I guess I'll accept it for now!
