My Blaze isn't syncing with my Note 5

Welcome to the Forums @BlazeRunnerGirl. The reason why your tracker is not syncing with your Note 5 is because this is not a compatible phone. I recommend checking our list of Compatible Mobile Devices for any update. In the meantime, you can sync your tracker with a compatible device or computer.
