When trying to set up my Blaze in the Fitbit app on iPhone 6s, the app just says loading but never loads. Sets up fine on iPad. I have deleted device on iPad and deleted app but phone app will still not load the set up details at all. Help!!!!

@Bexxii  Make sure on your IPad you tell the Bluetooth to forget the blaze - maybe it is still connected there.

I am having the same problem.  It just says loading.  I do not have the app on my ipad, just my iphone.  How can I set this up with my phone, because that's where I will be using it?

First thing i would do is kill the app, second i would do is go to the help doc on trouble setting up the tracker.

Im on android so this is the best i can give.

I have managed to solve the problem. I deleted my Fitbit Flex from the phone app then it loaded all the new devices in set up. Data was still stored from the other device too so that's a bonus. Blaze now fully up and running.

Thanks I have managed to solve the problem by deleting my Fitbit Flex from the app to install the new Blaze. All up and running now!
