Deleting Notifications from Blaze

OK. I scroll down to the end of the list and press CLEAR ALL. It appears that all notifications have been deleted and when I press the lower right button it says ALL CAUGHT UP!.

However!!!! And this is the frustrating bit when I next get a notification all the ones that I thought I had cleared all come back. I scroll to the end and again CLEAR ALL but the same thing happens. All the messages that I though I had deleted come back.

This is causing massive issues as I am missing notifications that I have not read.

It's great to see you around @Rackny.

Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Also, you can try to turn off and on the notifications option by swiping down and tap "Off" and then "On".

Let me know the outcome. Man Happy

I too have the same problem and restarting as suggested does not resolve this most annoying problem
