I upgraded from Force to Blaze and I have noticed that there is always a huge descrepancy between the two trackers. I wear both devices on the same wrist and by 9AM, the Blaze generally has 300 more steps than the Force. By noon, the Blaze has more than 800 steps than Force and by bedtime, the Blaze has logged 1000s of steps more than the Blaze.
I have made sure the Blaze is set up exactly like the Force (non-dominant hand, etc) and I have asked my co-worker to wear both trackers for the day and the same results occurred.
I did a "parking lot" test of 500 steps (manually counted) and the Force recorded 490 while the Blaze recorded 633.
Any suggestions?

Hey @deejal01. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community! 🙂
At this point since you've already done a step test, what I would recommend would be restarting your Blaze and see how it goes. You can do this by pressing/holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds until it turns off and back on. This should make the tracker to work fine and after restarting, try to do a step test again to see how it goes.
Please keep me updated!
