Can anyone help me out with syncing my Blaze to a Macbook running macOS High Sierra 10.13.6? It finds the Blaze and starts syncing but then says an error has occured. There are no other blue tooth devices in range and I've tried deleting and then reinstalling the Fitbit software... Very frustrating

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you but I'm here to help you with this. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Thanks for replying. I'm not sure what you mean by seeing if there's a missing requirement from my iOS device. I've installed the latest FitBit Connect App and been through the various trouble shooting steps - making sure no other devices are in range, bluetooth is turned on my laptop etc... Any other advice? I can charge the Fitbit but not being able to sync it is frustrating, especially as it's always showing the wrong time!
