Device only working when plugged into charger

My Blaze will not turn on unless it is on the charger, once off the charger, zip. Will link up on charger, will show all screens, but nothing when removed from charger. Have tried the hard reboot of pressing the lower right button and the left button for 15 seconds, and still nothing. Battery shows 100% charged

no change....shows 100% charged while on charger, my phone  (sync) shows the device is 100%. device will not turn on.....
