Didn't reset steps

My Blaze didn't reset steps for today. It's still counting from yesterday. I've tried to restart my Blaze, restarted the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone. Nothing has worked. Time and date are correct.

It's great to have you here @Joyanderson04! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've done. I believe the data didn't reset due to the timezone that's not correct. In this case, I would like you to make sure your tracker is syncing properly to your account or it's properly set up

Currently, the only way to delete the extra steps that you got is to manually log driving in your account.

Let me know how it goes.

The time zone was correct. Nothing has changed.

I"m having the same issue with my Blaze. Have had it for 5 month with no problems until now. Tried everything the previous posts have done. Nothing has changed.

Hey @Joyanderson04@Lhalkias and @SamM28! Sometimes, Fitbit trackers don't reset at midnight and it just happens once. After this, you can restart your tracker and delete the extra data that you get by logging driving

This shouldn't happen again. If you're experiencing this more than one day then let me know.

Keep me posted.

Thanks for your reply. It happened again last night. I'm wondering if its because I turn the watch off at night. Everything else resets just not the steps.

Welcome to the Community @SamM28 and @JoelWalker. Yeah, whenever you turn your tracker off the time will be lost. You need to sync your tracker right after you turn it on again to make sure it has the correct time.

You can also delete some of the extra steps you have, by logging driving because this will delete them.

@JoelWalker Thanks for your advice. Robot Happy
