Anyone know what the difference is between workout mode and circuit training mode? I am trying to figure out the difference to know which to use but there is ZERO information on these exercise shortcuts.

It's great to see you around @Medeamagic! The difference between the workout mode and other exercise mode such as circuit training is the algorithm that's used, so it can provide you with the best data for each activity that you're doing. You can learn more about it by checking this great explanation

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

Welcome to the Community @Sun2snw! I would recommend to use circuit training as Orangetheory Fitness contains many exercises. You can learn more about it by checking these articles How do I use exercise apps and modes on my Fitbit device? and How do I track my exercise and activities with Fitbit?

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hey
If I do a lot of battle rope training, is this considered circuit training or workout?

Thanks in advanced

@dowjustin It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

It depends if you tend to integrate various workouts on the battle rope training, then you should use circuit training. If you're only training with battle rope, it's better to use Workout. Learn more about it by checking this article

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
