Difficulties to set up a replacement

I have two Samsung Sung S8's one a standard the other a plus both of which could 'talk' to my Blaze, which is a replacement as the first kept loosing it's charge. I am now in a position where by neither can pair with the Blaze, the S8+ says it can see the Blaze but in settings there is not Classic Mode so it will not pair the other Samsun S8 cannot find the blaze at all. 

 

I have turned both phones on and off and left them off over night, I have done the same with the blaze. I have unpaired the Blazes to see if that would help but as you can see from comments above the phones cannot see them. I have not tried a factory reset of the Blaze as of yet nor have I removed the apps from my phone. I am prepared to try both of these but I do not hold out for much success.

 

Any suggestions?
