My clock face only lights up when I hit the side button. It used to light up when I moved my wrist. Now I always need two free hands to see time or stats. Help please

Hi there @Dbrownsmith. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems getting your screen to light up automatically when you turn your wrist. I'll be happy to help you out with this!

First, make sure that the QuickView option is enabled. You can do this from the tracker itself by swiping to the last screen and here, tap on the Settings. Then, the first option will be "QuickView" and make sure it's set to On. If it's on Off, just turn it on and it should work fine from there.

If this is not the problem, you can try giving your Blaze a quick restart and see if that helps. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. Try it out after that and see how it goes.

Let me know if you need more help with this!
