Screen will not go on even though charged and connected to phone

Same issue here. Will power on when in the charger, but screen goes dark when I take it out. It won't respond if press left and lower right buttons. When connected to a computer I can navigate to the shut down screen, but it wont shut down.

It's great to have you here @RP0718 and @GE9292! Thank you for the details that you've mentioned. I would like you to try a restart and confirm you're properly charging it.
Also, you mentioned your buttons aren't working at all, please try this procedure.
