Hi I bought a Fitbit Blaze a week ago and its been working fine. Yesterday the display started to shift constantly sliding back and forth to the side from left to right, very annoying. Tried to charge it fully then do the reset using left and button right buttons for 10 seconds. Reset did not seen to work no Fitbit logo appeared and same problem. Can anyone help please?

Hi, @MaryC99, you are usually advised to try the restart 3 times. If that does not work the best plan is to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com. If you get in touch via email it can help if you include a photograph of what you are seeing on your screen. Also be sure to tell them the troubleshooting steps you have already tried, as that will save time.

Many thanks for your reply, I tried again to reset and managed to get it to do this. It has corrected the display issue so will monitor this for now.

Hi, @MaryC99, I'm glad the second restart worked for you! It is known that sometimes a single restart does not do the trick, so Fitbit always advises trying 3 restarts before returning or contacting Customer Support.
