Hello There,
My first fitbit was a Charge HR and it died on me, only after one year, conveniently after the warranty and when I talked to customer service, they could not help me so I gave Fitbit another shot and purchased a Blaze but only because they gave me a coupon to use. <--which I did not need to use since I found it cheaper at a department store. But nonetheless, they offered me a discounted price, I figured they meant well. Now here I am one and a half years after my blaze purchase and the screen is stuck on the fitbit icon and all I did was put it in the charger. I searched the forums and have seen this is common and did all the things that they suggest. Nothing worked. I contacted fitbit, and oddly enough, since it is past my warranty time, they cannot help me but provide a coupon for new one! Sounds a little fishy to me. So I did some research and this is so common, in fact, it it happening with the Versa, the newest watch! look at the forums and do not purchase another fitbit, things will break or die on you only after your warranty and I am not interested in purchasing something every year. Super bummed!

I am now just discovering that they are phasing this out, interesting since my Blaze has been acting up, so just because they discontinue it, I am out $200 for the watch I purchased just over one year ago? Bogus. I demand something other than 25% off which is only good on certain products and not anything comparable to the Blaze. Go elsewhere if you want quality customer service.

Same exact thing happened to me. I refuse to give the company any more of my hard-earned money. I went elsewhere for my replacement of my useless $200 paper weight, and I have no problem letting everyone I know not to buy from Fitbit. I also will be posting about it all over social media!
