As of yesterday, my battery has completely drained after being fully charged. It dies within two hours.

Good to have you in the Forums @lganim!

I'm sorry to hear that you're again having problems with the battery on your Blaze. Now, at this point, if you're still under warranty, I can escalate your case to our Support Team for them to help getting you back on track. If you're already out of warranty and would like to know what are the available options, let me know and I'll be happy to do this for you!

Anything else, I'm here to help!

The battery problem continues. However, as stated before, it's off and on. Fine for a while, then will suddenly lose charge in less than 24hours.

I also, but the last week I have charged several times a day, and still can’t get a heart rate. I give up. I am shopping for a new fitness tracker, but will not buy another Fitbit. The customer service leaves much to be desired. I will not recommend a Fitbit to anyone ever.

I am having the exact same issue.  My Fitbit Blaze is fully charged in the morning and lasts less than 2 hours. So frustrating to head out for a walk and have it die so quickly.  What can I do?

Most of these posts all are from late 2017. I haven't been able to use mine since 2017 either because it drains the battery in a matter of a couple hours. I notice that the little green leds on the back never go off, and this seems to kill the battery. Any ideas, or do I need to buy a new much more expensive model, since the Blaze seems to be discontinued.
