Good to have you in the Forums @lganim!
I'm sorry to hear that you're again having problems with the battery on your Blaze. Now, at this point, if you're still under warranty, I can escalate your case to our Support Team for them to help getting you back on track. If you're already out of warranty and would like to know what are the available options, let me know and I'll be happy to do this for you!
Anything else, I'm here to help!

Best AnswerI also, but the last week I have charged several times a day, and still can’t get a heart rate. I give up. I am shopping for a new fitness tracker, but will not buy another Fitbit. The customer service leaves much to be desired. I will not recommend a Fitbit to anyone ever.
I have had fitbits since 2015 but this battery problem ( up until 3 days ago the battery was fine today is 12/04/2020 now wont hold charge for more than 3 hours) am now reading about other brands to decide what to do next
Best AnswerMost of these posts all are from late 2017. I haven't been able to use mine since 2017 either because it drains the battery in a matter of a couple hours. I notice that the little green leds on the back never go off, and this seems to kill the battery. Any ideas, or do I need to buy a new much more expensive model, since the Blaze seems to be discontinued.
