As of yesterday, my battery has completely drained after being fully charged. It dies within two hours.

Thank you for your post.  I agree with you it is very disappointing to have an expensive watch like that then only have it work for a short period of time.

You have had more than your share of bad luck with the Fitbit Blaze.  Mine was a gift from my son and it makes both of us upset that it did not last any longer than it did.

From what I have been reading. It sounds like overcharging these products with a wall charger is a really bad idea. You think they would put some warnings in the instructions to not overcharge and only charge with a computer USB.

You might be on to something.  I have been using a wall outlet and I am going to hook up to USB on computer and see what happens then.  Maybe then it will hold a charge.  Thanks for the suggestion.

I have the same issue, and my Blaze is only 3 months old!!! While they verbally said they would replace my Blaze, I am 100% sure the same issue will occur with the replacement as well given the 100s of reviews posted in this community about this same charge drain issue. I'm so frustrated at having spent so much only for it to last for 3 months. I will NEVER buy another fitbit again. So extremely disappointed.

It probably cost them less than $10 for a piece of chit made in China and then they suck us in for hundreds for less than 8 months of use

FITBIT BLAZE - what's going on?  I fully charge the battery after switching off every single  facility - so basically all it does it tell me the time, my heart rate and my steps, and it either lasts 4 to 5 days or 2 hours......  And if I don't catch it just right as it's flashing red I lose the time and date - so have to synch.  Absolute rubbish.  Would never have one again.

I only charge with my computer and have the same problems.  Sometimes it will hold a couple of days and then all of a sudden want hold even a day.  Have fully charged the last two days and once again RED.  This is extremely frustrating and very disappointing.  Fitbit even replaced my Blaze when I had the problem within the first month.  But replacement has been no better.

You might actually be onto something..... I have only ever charged it from the wall charger. My pc is on another floor in my home, so it is a burden to take the watch there to charge it. If they warn us not to charge to wall, why can’t Fitbit fix their product that it can be wall, usb, or even car dc charged! I feel cheated, because  I know for a fact that the Apple Watch can be wall charged no problem.

I charge my Blaze only via USB in my car when it needs it.  I do not over charge it and yesterday I had to completely charge it twice, only to die within about 3-4 hours.  My first Blaze was replaced by Fitbit because the face wouldn't change screens when swiped.   Now, it will not hold a charge at all when it held for days before.  I am extremely disappointed and I was considering the Versa until this event occurred.

Contacted customer support today with my case number. I must say they were excellent. No hassles whatsoever.

They offered me 50 percent off another model or a replacement blaze. Going to take my chance with a new blaze.

If your tracker is still under warranty, then contact customer support get a case number and try another one that’s probably your best bet. No ideal what will happen if this one goes bad. Will let you know. Best of luck.

I can understand your disappointment.  When my Blaze shows that it is fully charged I put it on and within an hour or so it is blinking red at me.  To say I am disappointed is putting it mildly.  Thanks for your response.

Experiencing the same issue. My Blaze will not hold a charge for more than two days and is only a couple months old. It’s ridiculous what we pay for a product that is worth less. I am passed disappointment

I am on the phone with Fitbit CS right now. I have been placed on hold.

This is becoming a tad ridiculous. Fitbit....you have an issue with this
tracker. You KNOW you have an issue with battery life. I am hoping to
receive a replacement as a result of this call, but if not, bye bye Fitbit.

I have done exactly what the support team told me to do, but my blaze died again within hours of being fully charged. I was told there was another update but it hasn’t been released yet? Would this fix the problem?

Offered a 25% discount. That’s like trying to suck me in again. If Fitbit won’t honor their own warranty why should I trust that another one will work

Why do you want a replacement? The replacement will have battery issues also. Go for an upgrade to the Ionic. I did and havnt had any issues with it - although others have with syncing

What the heck is going on?  My battery won’t even stay charged for 24 hours anymore. I went to the gym at 6:45 last night. I checked my blaze before starting my class and it was dead. I charged it the night before. May be time to leave Fitbit for an Apple Watch. Smdh I’ve only had this for a year.

I'm not spending another dime at Fitbit until/unless they can keep me whole
on this tracker, which they have done this morning. I'll provide updates
once I receive it and enable it.

Fitbit knows it's an issue. I had no issues whatsoever obtaining a free
replacement.

Good luck to all
