Error 403 when trying to pair

After my Fitbit does, I charged it fully. Apparently it unsynced. Now when I try to pair, I get the activation code, enter it then the code on the Watch changes I get an error 403. My iPhone is charged. So is my Fitbit. I’ve tried to hard reset, reset Bluetooth connection and tried again. Please help.
