Exclamation mark on display

I just bought the Blaze after 3 years of daily use with the Flex (it finally died). My software updated on my Galaxy Note IV after several times of getting stuck and not finishing, but now I am stuck with the exclamation point. I tried restarting the tracker but it goes black and then the exclamation reappears each time.

It's great to hear that you have now a Blaze @jenniferkeller! I've just moved your post to this board so we can keep the boards more organized. 

 

Please make sure that you are followings these steps to restart your tracker:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

Then, since your tracker is already up to date, try to sync.
