Fitbit Update 3/30:
Good news! This issue should now be fixed. You can re-add your exercises in the order/availability that you want, sync your tracker, and you should be good to go!
Thanks everyone for reporting this. ![]()
Fitbit Update 3/29: Hey everyone!
A few users have pointed out that they're seeing their exercise shortcuts list is being emptied on-device, meaning that Blaze devices that have historically been equipped with onboard exercise shortcuts now read "No Exercises." You will also see a message on your device about having no exercise shortcuts, with instructions to visit their settings to populate the list.
Our team is aware of the issue, and are working on a fix. For now, a good workaround would be to:
We've also seen a few instances where re-pairing the tracker to your account has alleviated the issue (using these instructions). If you do go this route, please be sure to sync before doing so!
This should wrap it up! Be sure to let us know if you have any questions.

Hi there @DanO22060. Good to see you in the Forums!
Thanks for sharing this with us. Our team is aware of the issue, and are working on a fix. In the meantime, I'd recommend force quitting your app or logging out and logging back in to see if the shortcuts appear to re add them and then sync your tracker. If after doing that, they will not show up on the app, try doing it from your settings using a computer at www.fitbit.com and then make sure you sync your blaze using the charging cradle.
Hope this helps and if you need anything else, let me know. I'll be glad to help!

Best AnswerThe same exact thing has just started happening for me. The Fitbit app will let me choose exercises, I'll sync, and then go back to that part of the app and they're all gone. The Blaze itself continues to not load any exercises.
Best AnswerI'm havingt the same issue - no matter what I do it won't sync the excercises over! So frustrating since it had been working fine for the past couple weeks.

My exercise shortcuts have been working for a week now but all of a sudden they are all gone and I have to reset every time I want to use. Can someone help me? It is frustrating when I want to track my exercise.
There have been some issues today with the exercice shortcuts on Fitbit's end. Give it a little time and they should be able to save. Mine were all deleted but they are back now after I re-added them and did a sync.

Best AnswerI am having the same problem. After a week of flawless use, my exercises get removed just before my workout today. I still got 63 minutes of active time, but not the full credit for my workout. I also noticed the heart monitor kept on going in and out. If the web sync does not fix it, it might make it back to the store...
