Fitbit Update 3/30:
Good news! This issue should now be fixed. You can re-add your exercises in the order/availability that you want, sync your tracker, and you should be good to go!
Thanks everyone for reporting this.
Fitbit Update 3/29: Hey everyone!
A few users have pointed out that they're seeing their exercise shortcuts list is being emptied on-device, meaning that Blaze devices that have historically been equipped with onboard exercise shortcuts now read "No Exercises." You will also see a message on your device about having no exercise shortcuts, with instructions to visit their settings to populate the list.
Our team is aware of the issue, and are working on a fix. For now, a good workaround would be to:
We've also seen a few instances where re-pairing the tracker to your account has alleviated the issue (using these instructions). If you do go this route, please be sure to sync before doing so!
This should wrap it up! Be sure to let us know if you have any questions.

I found the same issue earlier today. If I attempted to add entries, they were not saved. I found when doing EDIT when in the shortcuts, that there was a blank entry. When I deleted that blank entry, the shortcuts saved and passed to the Blaze device.

@AnimalGB That's an additional (albeit rarely mentioned) side-effect we've seen as a result of this issue as well. I'll edit my lead post if there are additional reports incoming of this happening- thanks for pointing that out!
@JimTew We're sorry about this hiccup; the issue itself seems to be rooted in a site change, effecting platforms (iOS mostly, by the looks of this thread). The majority of your Blaze functionality should still be present, and exercise shortcuts will resume full functionality shortly. Myself or @AndrewFitbit are here in case you have any questions.

After re-adding and re-syncing, I get the same "No Exercise" message, and when I look at my app, the recently added exercises have disappeared. I use this feature heavily at the gym and am bummed to not have it not working:/

Am I the only one this didn't happen to? All my exercise shortcuts are still there and I've been using them today without issue.
I did notice the Fitbit Android app was updated yesterday but I haven't used it yet - stuck with my iPhone today.

I have tried the workarounds that you have listed and none of them are working. I am not able to get any exercise added to my device. They are showing in the app, but not on my device. Do you have an estimated solution time that this will be fixed. I use my short cut exercises everyday.
Thanks for your help!

I was able to get my exercises back by going to my computer and editing my exercises. I then waited for the 15 min sync (can't seem to find out how to force sync), and they were on my Blaze. But, my blaze doesn't seem to see my iPhone anymore. It can sync to my computer, but doesn't recoognize the iPhone GPS to use when exercising.

My Exercise stats are not showing up on my Fitbit Blaze app dashboard. Is this also a part of the current issue you're looking into?

Unfortunately this still doesn't seem to be working for me.
I am not useless with following instructions, but I have found it very difficult to follow the instructions for adding my particular exercises on the website and then sync them to my fitbit.
Is there another site or a youtube video with very simple instructions.
I do some weight workouts and I used to be able to track my heart rate and the time it took to complete my sessions.
How can I recreate this?
I would appreciate some help. Thank you
