Anyone help with this
Have recently returned from holiday in different time zone
Since then no active minutes are being logged, nor is sleep
Movement is being tracked on the Blaze watch but is not syncing with my iphone or dashboard
Challenges show me as hardly moving
I have reset watch and app, checked timezones etc
Help!

Hi there @PaulyT1. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your activity not showing up on your dashboard. I'd like to know a few things... Are you able to see the correct time on your Blaze or are you able to see that it says in the app that your tracker is syncing or that it synced a while ago at least?
Something that could fix the problem would be setting up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help!

I’m having trouble with mine today aswell, it won’t sunc to my phone yet it did this morning. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but it won’t allow me to log in now. It must be down as it was ok earlier?

Hi @Sambarker! Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂
Yes, it seems that right now we're having some problems with users experiencing issues when accessing their accounts but our team is aware of this and working to have it resolved as soon as possible!
You could give it a try in one or two hours and you should be able to access your account with no problem.
Anything else, I'm here to help!

Hi - Yes time is right and I've tried setting up tracker as new device but it still happens.
Dashboard shows exercise minutes but watch and phone doesn't.
Watch shows hourly movement and steps - iphone does not.
Challenges say I've done no steps! Sleep not tracking at all
I've checked that dashboard and app both set to London timezone as it's happened since I changed from Indonesia.

I have a fitbit alta. I am syncing on my iMac OS sierra 10.12.3. I have not traveled anywhere.
ISSUES:
-- I cannot see my sleep tracking info today. There is no "Tile" for sleep so I went to the log which says "there is no logged sleep for this period". no past data either.
-- I do not see a STEPS tile either.
--The only tiles are: Friends, recent exercise, goal met, food plan, calories, under, and water. When I try to add tiles...it says no more are available.
--Dashboard says "no tracker paired" yet I synced several times via bluetooth w/ no issue noted.
--I paired as if a new device--I downloaded/installed the new mac OS software. I clicked the icon in my doc and re-synced. Went to dashboard and nothing has changed. Resynced via bluetooth again--no change.
--Went to tiles icon and received same msg. "More coming soon. You have added all the tiles available."
Please help. This is useless unless I can use data.

I now cannot sync my fitbit on my imac using the Fitbit Connect icon in my dock--A new msg showed up this time (after I re-setup my device): "An error occurred while syncing. An unknown error has occurred." The mini fitbit icon seen in the upper right of my display now will not let me sync--the option is grayed out.

Thanks for getting back guys @vkirk @PaulyT1, I'm sorry you're still having problems with this. It sounds like there are discrepancies for the information to be showing on the app but not on your computers.
In that case, I think you can try to log out of your accounts on both, your computers and your mobile devices and then try to log back in making sure you're using the same email address and same password and see if after doing that the information shows correctly on both ends.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
