So my blaze died yesterday so I let it charge over night. Unfortunately, it never did sync with my phone during the night or this morning before I went for my run. I know this because when I woke up, my blaze said it was 934 pm. I didn't have time to let it sync before I ran. Well I hit exercise on my blaze selected run and hit go. I finished the run hit pause and then the little checkered flag and it showed me my results (lap time etc). When I went to go sync it to my phone and the app the time updates but my entire run, steps and all just vanished. It's not the app OR the blaze itself any more. Has anyone else experienced this?

Huh, this is very strange but I'd like to give you a hand with it.
I'm not sure what could have caused this but to prevent this from happening again, I'd recommend giving your Blaze a quick restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Keep in mind that this will not bring back that exercise record but should prevent this from happening again. Keep an eye on it and see how it goes. If this gets to happen more often, let me know. I'll be happy to help you out.
