Is there an explanation of the exercises anywhere? For instance, what is the difference in how the calculations are done between "workout" and "circuit training"? Or weightlifting? Also, I hit a heavy bag for cardio. The Blaze counted this yesterday as an aerobic workout. Would I be better off choosing bootcamp? I also do sprints on the treadmill. What is the difference between walk and treadmill? Which should I use for sprint intervals?
Tia!

Great to see you around @lorraineg. I can see here that you love to exercise, in this case, I recommend letting the SmartTrack feature to work for you. This feature will recognize the exercise you are doing. If it logged it under a name that you don't like, keep in mind that you can always edit it, by doing the following from a computer:
1. Go to http://www.fitbit.com/activities
2. Click the activity you want to edit. A yellow box should pop up.
3. Click the note pad icon and proceed to edit the duration, distance and/or start time, then hit the "Update" button.
Catch you later. ![]()
