My phone and Fitbit Blaze are all updated but lately after a run the map and the splits all show on the screen, then when I go back to look at it they have disappeared, the mileage still shows on the front screen and the steps but all the info on the exercise has gone, no map no splits. Please can someone let me know if there is something I can do to sort it out. Thanks

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared on your post. To better assist you with this concern, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to sync your Blaze? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Does this occur with any exercise or only with Run? If you haven't already done so, please restart your Blaze and then follow the next steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
