Exercise mode doesn't work

i got fitbit blaze today~

but sadly when i  touch exercise mode it doen't show up letter

what should i do ?

please give me some tips

I would go to https://www.fitbit.com/settings/device and make sure there are at leat one exercise.

Also try a restart, hold the left button and tge lower right 

, until tour Blaze rebiits.

I would try uninstalling the app completely. then power down your phone and power it back up. Next do a reset on the blaze as previously described and set it back up again. Sound like the app is corrupted or something. I am assuming you are pairing your Blaze with a phone.
