Trying to do a Fitbit Blaze factory reset as trying to sell it - any ideas? Need the answers ASAP as it’s already on sale!

I do not believe that you can factory reset the Blaze tracker. You can only restart it, but that does not delete the data. Just remove it from your account. When the new owner sets up a new Fitbit account and adds the Blaze, none of the data on it from before the account was set up should transfer over.

I realize this post was last year, but I’m trying to set up my old blaze for my hubby but it keeps syncing with my phone (it’s getting my texts) even though I’ve removed it from my account. Any ideas on how to get it to not sync with me? Thank you!!

Try uninstalling the app on your phone and rebooting.
