Has anyone had the experience that their blaze will not even last one year? My first one stopped tracking heart rate and then would not work at all. This was replaced under the warranty however now the replacement is doing the same thing in under a year. AND, fitbit will not replace. Not even with a lesser model. So we are expected to continue to buy from a company that sells a product that lasts under one year and the company will not own these malfunctions?
I would like to point out that I have been an loyal customer. My son and I each had a flex. I then upgraded mine to a Blaze and this is what I get for that loyalty.

A warm welcome to the Community @cacheatham. Thanks for the details mentioned. Sorry for the delayed reply.
I appreciate that you shared you've been a loyal customer and that you've contacted our Support team.
It is particularly difficult when the device is no longer covered by the warranty, but even tough Support is eager to help with any problem you may experience with the product, they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy, this would start counting from the original date of purchase.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding the quality of our Fitbit devices, these comments are always useful to continue improving our services and products.
Let me know how it goes.

Yep. My Blaze is worthless now because the heart rate monitor just stopped working. My watch was outside of the warranty (by literally a week), so the "best" they could offer me is 25% off a new Fitbit, but ONLY if I buy a new one in the next 30 days. And since the heart rate monitor is busted, many of the other features now don't work either -- the sleep tracking, heath reports, auto recognizing activity, and clearly the calories burn. I basically have a $200 pedometer now. I will NOT be buying another FitBit. When I originally ordered this Blaze, it didn't work right out of the box, and FitBit replaced it because it literally wouldn't even turn on. That should have been a sign that many of these watches are faulty, and some are just crap.
