I've tried to reset it by holding the left button and bottom right button, it vibrates however nothing on screen. Previous to this, during the night the diamond showed up on the screen. I took it off and put it on to charge, however the next day nothing on screen??? Anyone ever have this issue?? I only have it a year

Yes received an email from the support team yesterday, I replied to same. Just waiting now for them to reply back @AlejandraFitbit
