Fit bit blaze won't turn on

I've tried to reset it by holding the left button and bottom right button, it vibrates however nothing on screen. Previous to this, during the night the diamond showed up on the screen. I took it off and put it on to charge, however the next day nothing on screen??? Anyone ever have this issue?? I only have it a year

My blaze did the same thing last night. I can't charge either and it's dead.

My Fitbit is doing the same . Very frustrating . Tried the reset already too .

Has your blaze been correct yet? Last response I've seen in the community
was 7/13 and I don't want to buy a new fitbit😤

No not yet . Mines only about 8 months old . Very aggravating.

@cathy06 Great to see you around and @D4ni1979 welcome to the Community. Could you please confirm that these are the steps you are doing to restart your trackers:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Yes received an email from the support team yesterday, I replied to same. Just waiting now for them to reply back @AlejandraFitbit

Have already tried that . I don't even get a logo . The screen just glows
