Hi, seeking a bit of FitBit advise please and steps not syncing. I’ve googled the hell out of it but still not got an answer and as I’m in a Workweek challenge, it’s simply a matter of life and death.
Basically I have two Fitbit accounts. I accidentally logged into the one I no longer use yesterday (which was associated with the old charge i had), had problems syncing so removed device and paired the blaze - and my steps for yesterday show on that account. When i realised my mistake today (after noticing I wasn't in any workweek challenges and all my friends had gone) I logged into correct account, synced but it’s coming up as 0 steps. Aggghhhhhh! STranegly though, on both accounts, todays steps are both showing!!
Is there anyway i can get my new account to sync yesterdays steps! First world problem I know but there’s 13k steps missing and there’s a competition to be won 😂😂😂😂😂

Hello @AnniePee, once you logged into the correct account, did you then setup the blaze to this account?
You mentioned that the Blazer got attached to the won't account.
