My heart Rate monitor simply stopped working, I cleaned it and changed it to the other arm, still no results...

On 2 occasions now, I have dealt with a very similar issue as you are
experiencing. On both occasions I have reset my Blaze as follows, and on
both occasions it did the trick for me.
I press the single button on the left hand side of the watch, and bottom
button of the 2 on the right hand side of the watch instantaneously, and
hold both buttons for around 10 seconds. It did the trick for me.
Hopefully it will do the same for you.
PS: I continue to wear the Blaze whilst going through the reset process.
Best wishes
"Chidder"

My HR and therefore sleep tracking haven’t been working for the past two days. The green lights have been flashing still.
I’ve reset my Blaze several times and also shut it down completely, but HR is still not syncing. Is there anything else to try?

Try leaving the firbit on your wrist, press the single button and the
bottom of the 2 together, hold for around 8- 10 seconds and see what
happens. Has worked for Me on a few occasions!
Good luck.

Really not sure where to go after that.
As suggested, the process worked for me on several occasions, but not an
absolute definite process for all.
Just a thought, have you allowed the battery to run out of charge
completely?
Recharge to 100%, then go through the reset process if the watch is still
not working.
It may or may not help, but worth a go.
Sorry I cannot help any further.

I have the same issue, I've restarted both the device and the app. The green hr readers are flashing but the actual hr won't show on the Blaze or on my app.

Good luck.
