My fitbit blaze died, I tried restarting it numerous times and nothing. I have been dealing with the warranty people and they won't do anything because their records show that I sync'd it in May 2016 (my parents gave it to me for Christmas 2017, somehow the fitbit gods knew my parents would buy it for me in 2017 so they sync'd it in 2016) Anyways in May of 2016 I owned a Charge. I asked for the documentation showing my device history, they told me that for security reasons they cannot provide it to me, which is incorrect, it is my account and under legislation I am entitled to see it (they blew me off) I was looking at upgrading to something water resistant, guess I will have to go see Apple.
